Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking ID.
  • You can track your order directly on our website using your tracking ID or by entering your email/phone number and order ID.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–11 business days after dispatch.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or peak season demand.

Duties & Taxes

  • Pravi Fashion does not charge any duties or taxes at checkout. Our shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a customer refuses delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be considered abandoned, and we will not issue a refund.

Address Accuracy & Additional Charges

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • We are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay additional charges (including duties/taxes), we may deduct shipping costs and handling fees from any refund (if applicable).

Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@pravifashion.com.

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.


Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is unclaimed at the post office, courier facility, or delivery location and is returned to us, we may deduct any return shipping and handling fees from your refund.

  • If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.
